Boot Camp
Start your day with a boot camp workout where we will go through intervals of exercise involving bursts of intense activity alternated with lighter activity to maximize strength and conditioning.

LOKL Happy Hour
It has become a tradition of ours to stop by LOKL Gourmet in McLean after our Thursday class. Everyone is welcome to join and have food, drinks, and talk about how sore we are from recent exercises!

Cardio
Get ready to pump that heart rate up and burn some calories! We will be doing a rhythmic activity to hit your target heart rate zone, the zone where you'll burn the most fat and calories. Every class is different but you can be sure that this one will make you sweat each and every time!

Total Body Tuesday
Our total body workout is one that anyone can do with just a few sets of weights and the right motivation! We will be targeting all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried and true classics, from squats and lunges to pushups and burpees and more!

Mobility Monday
Mobility Monday we go through drills and exercises that take the muscles, tendons, and joints through an entire range of motion. Each joint will be focused on and will require a high level of control!
